Behavior change is an achievable goal—when it is treated as a science. A clever slogan isn’t the same as understanding that motivating people involves a series of levers that change based on the situation. So, we take an academic, A-B-C approach to projects. Because when a project is finished, we want you to know what worked and why, and what should be done next.
